Join us for the November Writing Circle!
It probably won’t surprise you to know that I don’t do NaNoWriMo, the national writers month that encourages writers to write an entire book during the month of November.
Yes, I could technically churn out 50,000 words during the month of November. But would most of them be usable in the end? Probably not. I like to focus my creative practice around intentional, sustainable growth.
But I’ve had SO much fun hosting my writing circles this year. There’s something about my 2025 attention span that’s really craving short bursts of writing and being guided by prompts. So, just as I did in June and September, I’ll be hosting a November Writing Circle. I hope you’ll join me.
This is not a workshop group, but an opportunity to spend the month of November in community with other writers, gathering inspiration, generating new material and reflecting.
Each session will begin with a guided meditation led by me, and then we’ll work with two writing prompts for 15 minutes each, with an optional time to share.
This opportunity is open to adult writers of any experience level, even if you don’t call yourself a writer.
For writers who showed up for my previous Circles, there will be fresh new prompts in November.
Here’s how it works.
I’m facilitating (3) one hour sessions on Zoom during the month of November:
Wednesday November 5th, 5:30- 6:30pm ET
Wednesday November 12th, 5:30- 6:30pm ET
Wednesday November 19th, 5:30- 6:30pm ET
Come to all of the sessions or one of them. Suggested donation is $15 per session, but I encourage you to attend even if you can just chip in a few bucks, or nothing at all. (Donations will be made via my Venmo or PayPal, which I will provide the day of the session.)
Register here by October 28th, 2025.
I’ll email you the day before each session with a reminder that includes my Venmo/PayPal info and the Zoom link.
If this is not the right opportunity for you, I invite you to send it along to another writer who may be interested.
I hope to see you there!
